(More customer reviews)I had trouble with the batteries and battery charger. D Broth replaced the batteries with the correct batteries within a week. D Broth sent two replacement chargers before I got the proper charger. I feel that D Broth bent over backwards to correct this problem and I would definitely reorder from D. Broth. (Because they were so good about correcting the problem, I order 10 Mini DV tapes which arrived within a few days).
