(More customer reviews)redhotbuys do not follow tru with their resolutions .Before thanksgiving.they did NOT send items I ordered that matched their picture . the charger did not works .I review negative . and they used manipulation. .they said they will replace the charger, they make-me change my review .now almost a month later ,still waiting . they send me a email . and the email . and say . they having new batch batteries is not works properly.. this company sell and buy defective product . now my family . special for my baby . will not have this christmas video tape or I need too buy new video camera. or spend money again and other charger. not buy for redhotbuys .
