(More customer reviews)I purchased this lens for use with a JVCcamcorder modelGZ-HM200BU.My camcorder has an optical zoom range of 20x.With the lens installed I was unable to see any objects in focus past 10x.JVC does not provide such a lens for their camera as yet and offered no clue as to its inability to perform but they did verify that I had the camera's settings adjusted properly.At the same time I purchased from the same provider a 3x lens which performed quite well although there was considerable light loss at full zoom.This 2x lens must work well with some camcorders but it does not work at all with a GZ_HM200BU.
